Discovery & Approach

We started off looking at the current structure of the website and used a discovery process to delve into what could be added to the website that would improve its value to customers. The result was adding a store page, including images of each store front, which allowed visitors to select their local store and find out the the opening hours and contact details of that individual store. A map was added where visitors could easily find their closest Winemark store(s) with ease.

Winemark also wanted to showcase all of the products their stocked so we set about working on the best way to present this on the website, with the current setup at the time having all products on one page. The structure we decided to go with was to break down the drinks into 5 main categories which encompassed all of the products. The Wine section was then categorised further, breaking them down into sub categories of which country they were produced in. Each bottom shot was edited so that the presentation of each bottle was consistent throughout. We also added a product search bar throughout the website allowing visitors to search for their favourite beverage.
